BREAKING: Jon Gruden Out As Raiders HC

Jon Gruden is finding himself without a job Monday night after he informed his Las Vegas Raiders staff that he was resigning as Head Coach, Tom Pelissero reports.

Raiders and Jon Gruden are parting ways, @TomPelissero reported. “It’s over,” said source.

Adam Schefter tweeted that Raiders owner Mark Davis got to the team facility and immediately looked for Gruden.

Raiders owner Mark Davis arrived at the team’s facility a couple of hours ago and went to find Jon Gruden, per source. The two men met. And Gruden no longer will be the Raiders’ head coach.

This comes after it was discovered that Gruden used a racial trope in an email back in 2011 Towards DeMaruice Smith.

The Raiders are 3-2 and find themselves third in the AFC West. We will update you as more information comes out.

UPDATE: Las Vegas plans on naming Rich Bisaccia the Interim Head Coach while they search for a new HC.
