Mitchell put up 100 points even, scoring over 30 points in each of his first three games this season. He is the perfect superstar on this team who has tons of young talent with a good mix of veteran presence.
Cavilers are Built for Success Now
They have all three levels of players you would want on your team. They have the young superstar in Mitchell. Then they have the other players in their fourth to sixth season progressing to become superstars. Jarrett Allen, Caris LeVert, Cedi Osman highlight this level.
The young players in their first to third NBA season who have been showing promise are having fun on this team. Brothers Isaiah and Evan Mobley are the young guns, while phenom Darious Garland are all showing that they belong here and can play at a high level.
All of these young players need some guidance right? Robin Lopez, Ricky Rubio, and Kevin Love are the perfect veterans to anchor this roster and pass down their dozens of years of NBA experience.
Donovan Mitchell could not ask for a better move in his career at this time. After seasons of hitting his head on the Utah Jazz’s ceiling.
