Keeping up with the Internationals where there’s updates on Real Madrid players and their performances during the international break.

Canada vs Uruguay

FT Canada 0-2 Uruguay

Fede Valverde- Much better performance from Fede today. He was given more defensive responsibility as Canada have very dangerous attacking players but was still an offensive outlet for his team.

Portugal vs Spain

FT Portugal 0-1 Spain

Dani Carvajal- Impressive performance from the Real Madrid legend. He made the key pass to Nico Williams in the build up to Morata’s goal and was solid defensively. 

Marco Asensio- Was an unused sub.

Brazil vs Tunisia

FT Brazil 5-1 Tunisia

Vini- He only got 45 minutes under his belt today and he didn’t fail to impress. His chemistry with Neymar was evident again and he helped his team defensively.

Rodrygo- Came on in the 78th minute but failed to get involved in the game. 

Militao- Was an unused sub.

Ukraine vs Scotland

FT Ukraine 0-0 Scotland

Lunin- Kept a clean sheet and finished the match with one (1) save.

Back to Madrid they head

All Real Madrid players will now head back to Madrid and resume training before their match against Osasuna on Sunday.

Madridistas will rejoice at the fact that none of their players got injured during this international break. They all represented their country well and maintained match fitness and sharpness.

Stand out Player

The standout player of this international break goes to Andriy Lunin. The Ukrainian shot-stopper kept two clean sheets and made some crucial saves to help his team secure four (4) points from six (6).
