On Tuesday, USA Basketball announced a 41-player pool for the USA Basketball Men’s National Team ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics. Grant Hill, managing director of the USA Basketball Men’s National Team, selected the players. LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant headline the group expected to be on the 12-player USA Olympic team. The current USA Basketball player pool is subject to change, and the final roster for Paris will be announced at a later date.

James is expected to make his fourth appearance at the Olympics and first since 2012. Durant is also likely to compete in his fourth Olympics in 2024, while Curry will make his Olympic debut if he decides to go to Paris.
Golden State Warriors’ Steve Kerr will be the head coach for the 2024 USA Men’s National Team. His assistants will be Gonzaga’s Mark Few, Miami’s Erik Spoelstra, and Clippers’ Tyronn Lue.
USA Basketball will play an exhibition against Canada at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on July 10. The team will then take on South Sudan on July 20 and Germany on July 22 in a pair of exhibitions in London. The Paris Olympics begin on July 26.
