Manchester United desperately need a midfielder. They’ve been linked to and interested in Frenkie De Jong for the entire summer but they’ve recently cooled their interest. So far this season, they have played 2, lost 2, scored 1 and conceded 6. For a club of Man United’s stature, this is abysmal.
They are now reportedly interested in one of Real Madrid’s key players; Casemiro.The main question is, is Casemiro interested in them? The Brazilian international is still the starting central defensive midfielder for Los Blancos. He’s one of the leaders on and off the field and he has a special relationship with Carlo Ancelotti.
Some fans are suggesting that the big money signing, Tchouameni, was brought in as the club knew their intentions to move Casemiro on. Another group of fans are even willing to accept the bid for Casemiro once it’s the right price.
There’s many different opinions on the situation but there’s one thing for certain; Real Madrid rate and value the player highly. They depend on his services throughout the season and he always turns up in the big games when they need him.
It’s very unlikely that this move will happen, but it’s definitely one to keep an eye on. The player will drastically improve Man U but it’s whether the club will sell or not.
