Red Sox vs Rays

Tonight there is more MLB Postseason action, so I will be giving my MLB Betting Picks for tonight’s games. So far this postseason, I am 2-1 on my picks. I had Red Sox money line and Dodgers money line which were two huge wins to start this postseason. I did have the over in last night’s NL Wild Card Game which did not hit. Tonight I am giving my best bets for the ALDS. I am riding with the Red Sox tonight to take the opener in Tampa. I do believe Tampa wins this series, but I believe it will extend to 4 or 5 games. The Red Sox are obtaining only 45% of the bets, I love this. They have momentum on their side tonight with Eduardo Rodriguez on the bump. I would suggest only throwing one unit on this game. the Rays are 52-29 at home this year. I just feel that there are too many bettors on the Rays for tonight’s ball game with 83% on the Rays run line and 55% on the money line.

White Sox vs Astros

A great series here. I hate to admit it as a diehard Cubs fan, but the Sox are a fun team to watch and so are the Astros. This pick is extremely hard because of the Astros being so good at home, and the White Sox trotting out Lance Lynn. I am, however, siding with Lance Lynn and the White Sox tonight. I think the public is too heavy on the Astros. Very similar to the Rays, I am seeing 84% on the run line for the Astros and 55% on the money line. This is a perfect time to take the White Sox, 45% of the bets, at a great price at +118. The confidence would be also only one unit for this play too. With playoff baseball, there are so many different variables, and I wouldn’t risk a lot of units right away, especially with a great NCAAF and NFL slate for this weekend.

I also love the over in this game. I know I had the over in last nights game, but there is one thing these two teams can do. They can hit the baseball. I do think the Sox can get to Lance McCullers, but I wouldn’t sleep on the Astros hitting Lance Lynn either. I think this ball game will score more than 8 runs, the line is at 7.5. Take the over. Overs and unders are something I always put one unit on. That has always been my golden rule of betting. I’d advise doing this as well tonight.
