Real Madrid Daily Roundup

Tchouameni Signs!

The 22 year old French midfielder has completed his transfer to Real Madrid this morning. Upon completion of the final part of his medical, he signed his contract before talking to the media. He speaks fluent Spanish and his elite mentality was further proved during his press conference. He said, “Perhaps I could have more guaranteed minutes elsewhere. But this is Real Madrid. This is the challenge.” “I told the President to make the trophy room bigger, we have more to win.” A winning mentality is one of the first keys to success at Real Madrid. The player will now go on vacation, rest and recover before joining the team for pre-season.

Vini Contract Update

Vinicius will sign his contract renewal after he comes back from vacation. Real Madrid wanted to extend the Brazilian’s stay until 2028, but he requested it to be shorter. This doesn’t mean that he has desires of leaving the club as all athletes have to look out for their future. Next season, the 21 year old will be eager to continue where he left off and go from strength to strength, especially with the World Cup coming up.

Lunin Set to Stay

According to reports, Andriy Lunin will remain at Real Madrid next season. The Ukranian will be the backup keeper and will mostly feature in cup games and when Courtois is unavailable.

Bellingham links are heating up

As reported yesterday, Real Madrid want to reach an agreement with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of Jude Bellingham this summer. They want the Englishman to join the club next year as he can’t join this year because Vinicius hasn’t received his Spanish passport as yet. Though the links are heating up, there’s still a chance that the player goes elsewhere as Liverpool are also interested in him.
