Most Important Player
Thibaut Courtois
The best goalkeeper in world football will continue where he left off. The UCL final opened many eyes to what Madridistas and avid La Liga viewers have been saying for the past two years. Whether it be against Elche or against Manchester City, Tibo always stands up to the task. Carlo has made trusting the keeper one of the fundamentals of this team as he’s now heavily involved in the first phase of play and he averages more touches per 90 now. He’ll be instrumental in all our victories next season and our most important player once again.
Top Goal Scorer
Karim Benzema
Who else did you expect? The captain, leader and legend will lead the line for Los Blancos once again and he’ll continue to score and perform at a high level. Last season, he scored an astounding 42 goals in all competitions. I don’t expect him to surpass that record, but I still think he’ll score between 35-40 goals in all comps.
Top Assist Provider
Vini Jr
Last season, he was our top assist provider with sixteen (16) in all competitions. I expect him to reach for the 18-20 mark this season and continue to develop his game.
Player of the Season

Eder Militao
This is my wild prediction for this upcoming season; Eder Militao will be our best player next season. His poor form in the second half of the season made some fans forget how good he was earlier in the season. Young defenders, like young midfielders and young attackers make mistakes. However, their mistakes are exposed more often because of the position they play in. A defender isn’t “perfect” until they’re around 28-30. With the experienced Rudiger next to him, I expect Militao to be immense for us next season and be our player of the season.
Young Player of the Season
Eduardo Camavinga
I can’t wait to see this midfield general play football again. He struggled for consistent minutes last season but he’ll undoubtedly play more this season. I’m sure he wants to be in the France squad for the World Cup so he’ll be eager to impress Didier Deschamps and his staff.

Most Improved Player

Rodrygo
Last season’s super sub will evolve his game into a regular starter at the club. For me, his best position is on the left wing. When he plays there, his dribbling is more frequent and efficient and there’s more variety to his dribbling as he can cut inside or take it to the byline. The only thing is, he’s competing with Vini Jr for that position so most of his appearances with be from off the right. The sky’s the limit for him and I expect him to have his best season in terms of output and performances next season.
