Real Madrid Player Ratings vs Frankfurt

Real Madrid Player Ratings- Toni Kroos- 9/10 Recycled the ball with his signature diagonal switch on many occasions and dictated the tempo well. It looks like his final season in a Real Madrid shirt so he’ll want to leave with a bang.

Courtois- 8/10 Great with his distribution and stood up to the task every time he was called upon.

Carvajal- 6/10 Solid performance from Dani. Recovered well from his overlapping runs and was solid defensively.

Militao- 8.5/10 Immense throughout the game. His reading of the game, ball progression and interceptions were superb.

Alaba- 7/10 Took his goal well and defended on the front foot for 90 minutes.

Mendy- 6/10 Showed lovely skill in the opening minutes but struggled to give us an offensive outlet on the overlap. Notably improved in the second half.

Casemiro- 5.5/10 Poor passing and decision making in the first half but was excellent in the second. Cut passing lanes and recovered the ball well and even hit the post with a first time, long range effort.

Modric- 7/10 A typical Modric performance. Provided an outlet between the lines and broke passing lanes with runs and passes.

Fede- 8/10 What a player we have on our hands… His energy and stamina is second to none and he backs it up with technical ability, good decision making and fearlessness. Big season ahead for Fede.

Benzema- 7/10 Linked with Vini and the team well and connected the midfield and attack as per usual. Took his goal well after he scuffed a good chance earlier.

Vini- 7.5/10 Struggled in the first ten minutes as Knauff stayed tight to him but he eventually grew into the game. Caused havoc with his movement and dribbling ability and provided the assist for Benzema’s goal.

Camavinga- N/A

Rodrygo- 6.5/10 Brought energy and showed neat footwork on a couple occasions.

Ceballos- N/A

Tchouameni- N/A

Rudiger- N/A
