Coming off of a dominant Super Bowl Performance against the Chiefs in February, The Buccaneers are looking to do it all again with Mr. Goat almighty Tom Brady. Regardless of whether or not the coaches were hiding Brady’s torn MCL or not, the bottom line is that they won it all. Can they repeat though? Let’s take a look.

Offseason Preparation

Having the last pick in the draft does not usually get you all the big names coming out of college, but when you just won the Super Bowl and are bringing back every starter, you don’t need the big names, you just need hungry role fillers. I also want to point out how crazy it is that every starter is coming back. Usually when a team wins, some players want more money and will go chase the check somewhere else, but for every guy to come back means that there is something special going on in that locker room.

Season Prediction

I think that the Buccaneers will continue to build on their championship season and dominate teams through the season. There are teams, however, who have gotten exponentially better and can provide a challenge, but for the most part, the Buccaneers will cruise through the regular season, finishing first in the NFC South with a record of 16-1 taking the number 1 seed in the NFC. I see them making it and repeating, but I can also see a team like LA, Seattle, or maybe even the Packers (assuming they have Rodgers) can play spoiler to that.

Team Awards

MVP: Tom Brady – Obviously if he can lead the team to another deep playoff run at the age of 44, Brady should be the Buccaneers MVP.

OPOY: Antonio Brown – I think that Godwin will start to lose targets to AB and I think that Mike Evans is slightly overrated, I think it could be the AB show given how much chemistry he has with Brady.

DPOY: Devin White – One of the top LB in the game, I think that he will have a breakout season and lead the defense to a very successful season
