These ten guys are absolute must haves in PPR or standard scoring leagues. Having great wide receiver on your fantasy roster is a game changer. It’s what separates the good fantasy teams from the great ones. Nevertheless hear are the top ten wide receivers for the 2022 fantasy football season.
#10 A.J. Brown

Being recently acquired by the Philadelphia Eagles, A.J. Brown has proven to be a valuable player in the NFL as well as fantasy football. It was quite surprising to see the Titans move on from him so fast but it might be in Brown’s best interest. The star wide receiver already has a great relation with Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. Their friendship started when Hurts tried recruiting Brown to come play with him at Oklahoma but Brown ended up playing for Ole Miss. They’ve kept in contact ever since and now finally get to play together. Expect this relationship to produce well in fantasy for both Hurts and Brown.
#9 Mike Evans
The only player in NFL history to have 1000 receiving yards in his first eight season, how could he not be on this list. Evans will surely get plenty of work this season with co-star Chris Godwin out with an injury and no time table to return and the GOAT Tom Brady return for another season. Evans lacks a bit on upside but he is for sure one of the safer options this year in fantasy.
#8 Terry McLaurin

Despite Carson Wentz under center for the Commanders, McLaurin is still one of the top receivers in the league. He showed us last year that there is not a ball he cannot catch. His ball tracking ability is unlike any other. However there are talks of him possibly getting traded due to contract negotiations. Honestly it doesn’t even matter, whatever team McLaurin is on he will perform. A WR1 currently being drafted at WR19 is a great buy.
#7 Tyreek Hill
While he may have a bit of a downgrade at QB, Hill is still a dangerous player out on the field. Partnered up with 2nd year wideout Jaylen Waddle, the two no make for arguably the most explosive wide receiver duo in the NFL. Hill has made comments about the difference between forming QB teammate Patrick Mahomes and current teammate Tua Tagovailoa. Hill claims that Tua is the more accurate passer than Mahomes. While this has stirred up quite the debate in the football community only time will tell if Hill’s words are true.
#6 CeeDee Lamb

Amari Cooper being traded to the Cleveland Browns now opens up 104 targets for the Dallas Cowboys. Who better to get a majority of that target share than CeeDee Lamb. Lamb has already shown his talent on the football field while being the WR2 for the Cowboys last year. Now being the undisputed WR1 for the team he is sure to get a massive workload from Dak Prescott. Lamb also has the chance to live up to his #88 jersey number like Cowboys’ legends Michael Irvin and Dez Bryant did before him.
#5 Ja’Marr Chase

The offensive rookie of the year is entering his second season in the NFL. He clearly has shown that his connection with Joe Burrow at LSU has carried over into the NFL ten-fold. One of the better QB to WR duos in the league, make sure to grab both these guys for the best possible chance to win your leagues.
#4 Stefon Diggs
He is the WR1 for the fantasy football QB1, how could we not put him top 5. Diggs and Josh Allen have made a great connection over the years and they plan to carry over their success together into the 2022 NFL season. Diggs could very well be a league winner this season so make sure you draft him.
#3 Cooper Kupp

The WR triple crown winner his a must have in fantasy leagues. Kupp made a massive leap last year to become the WR1 of fantasy football, all thanks to the Rams getting Matthew Stafford at quarterback. As long as these two are playing together, expect only great things from the Los Angeles Rams.
#2 Davante Adams
Finally being reunited with his college quarterback Derek Carr, Adams has a chance to produce fantasy numbers unlike any of his previous seasons. Carr and Adams were college roommates at Fresno State so to say that these two of a great connection is an understatement. Having Adams to throw to makes Carr a viable option in some leagues this year. If you plan on draft Adams, why not get is QB as well. I expect great things from this duo, especially for Adams.
#1 Justin Jefferson

Arguably the most talented wide receiver in the NFL and is only entering his third season. Already this fastest player to reach 3000 receiving yards, doing so in his first 2 seasons. What’s crazy to think is this isn’t even Jefferson’s peak. As great as he is there is still much more to come and I think we will see that this season. Jefferson should be the first receiver off the board in fantasy drafts this year, if not its an absolute steal.
