With the end of the regular season, the 2024 NFL Draft order for the 18 non-playoff teams is set. The Chicago Bears are on the clock, as the team holds Carolina’s first-round pick that was included in a trade in March. Carolina finished with the worst record in the NFL this season at 2-15. Chicago will also have its own pick in the draft, the ninth overall selection, after moving up one spot with their 17-9 loss to the Packers in Week 18.

The Washington Commanders hold the second overall pick after finishing the season with a record of 4-13. The Patriots and Cardinals also finished with a 4-13 record, but the Commanders held the tiebreaker due to the strength of their schedule. New England will have the third overall selection, while Arizona will select fourth overall. Rounding out the top five is the Los Angeles Chargers, who finished the season 5-12 following a 13-12 loss to Kansas City in their season finale.

With their win against the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday, the New York Giants dropped one spot from their Week 17 draft position. They now sit with the sixth overall pick in the draft.
