Fulham and Wolves meet at Craven Cottage for the first game of matchday 25 in the English Premier League. Fulham will want to strengthen their push for European football while Wolves look to pull away from the dreaded relegation scrap.
Lineups
Fulham- Leno; Tete, Diop, Ream, Robinson; Reed, Palinha; Andreas, De Cordova-Reid, Vinicius; Willian
Wolves- Sa; Semedo, Dawson, Kilman, Bueno; Lemina, Neves; Nunes, Cunha, Jimenez; Sarabia
1st Half
Wolves dominated the opening 10-15 minutes. They kept possession well and looked to create chances while being solid defensively.
Cunha and Bueno were getting some glory down the left flank and found themselves in promising positions but their final ball lacked quality.
Fulham eventually grew into the game and registered their first shot in the 16th minute. A ball fell to Andreas Perriera on the edge of the 18 yard box and he tried a first time volley but it flew over the bar.
Pablo Sarabia had Wolves’ first shot on target in the 20th minute. Jimenez found Semedo on the overlap and he cut it back to the Spaniard. He worked the shot onto his left foot but could only shoot directly at Leno.
Sarabia had a second chance to score from a similar range and this time, he made it count. Ruben Neves found Jimenez’s head and he found Sarabia in the box. He took a touch and blasted the ball home with his right foot. Wolves took the lead after 22 minutes.

Bobby Reid dribbled down the right flank and whipped a cross into the box but Carlos Vinicius’ header couldn’t beat José Sa.
Minutes later, Matheus Nunes found his midfield partner Rúben Neves with a cross but his header flew over the bar.
Tete had a half chance in the 43rd minute. He confidently drove into the box but dragged his shot wide.
Wolves went into the locker rooms pleased with their performance both offensively and defensively. However, Fulham knew drastic improvements were needed if they were to come out victorious in this match.
2nd Half
Sarabia found Jimenez with a teasing cross into the box but the striker’s header flew just wide of Leon’s goal.
Halftime substitute Manor Solomon pulled the home team back into the game. He got the ball on the left flank, cut inside and beautifully curled one into the back of the net.

Pererria tried one of his trademark long range shots but he failed to hit the target.
In the third minute of additional time, Tete dinked a cross towards Carlos Vinicius but his header was tipped over the bar by Sa.
Ultimately, both teams pushed for the win but failed to get all three points.
