The NFL is requesting Seattle Seahawks’ Wide Reciever DK Metcalf to get a drug test after he earned MVP honors at the NBA All-Star Celebrity game, as well as his video of a one handed catch went viral.

“Good Morning DK. This is Brian Keller on behalf of the NFL you’ve been selected for a PES policy collection tomorrow 2/20/23. Please contact me as soon as possible so that we may arrange a time and place to meet tomorrow”

Metcalf’s physical proweress was on full display this past week with one viral video of him leaping catching a pass getting a ton of attention, along with his brilliant performance in the 2023 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.

Alright, so yeah the video is clearly edited. Though, the amount of height that the Pro-Bowler got seemed humanly impossible as the ball looked to be about 15 feet in the air.

Metcalf posted 20 points, 10 rebounds, and four blocks in the Ruffles Celebrity game. Even though, drug tests are supposedly random and players can be tested up to six times, it seems like a mere coincidence that DK Metcalf has been requested to get tested. Though, a funny one at that.

Metcalf set a career high in 2022 with 90 receptions for 1,048 yards and six touchdowns, his second 1,000-yard receiving season. He was part of a surprisingly stellar Seattle offense led by Geno Smith, who took over as quarterback following Russell Wilson‘s offseason trade to the Denver Broncos.

The ascent to Pro Bowl status for Smith came in no small part to having a physical receiver like DK Metcalf. That being said it appears we’ll be able to confirm the athletic heroics of Metcalf soon enough. The NFL is about to find out that the Seahawks’ WR is just a freak of nature, and that his athleticism is all natural (i.e., not taking steroids)
