Savannah Bananas Sign TNT Sports Deal

The Savannah Bananas have become one of the hottest commodities in the Sports industry. They bring excitement and laughter to fans who don’t even like baseball all that much. Now, after signing a deal with TNT, fans will be able to catch the Savannah Bananas on TV.

If you’ve been living under a rock and don’t know who the Savannah Bananas are… they’re like the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball. Some have even called it the “greatest show in sports.” Last week, it was announced the Savannah Bananas will have five of their games aired on TruTV. With the first one coming up this Friday, August 16. Here’s the full schedule:

The Bananas started out as a Summer Collegiate Baseball in 2016. They competed in the Coastal Plains League until 2022, when owner Jesse Cole created the Banana Ball League. There are now three teams in the league, including the Party Animals and the Firefighters. They have their own set of rules. Each game features a two-hour time limit. They score points instead of runs. They have an interesting cast including Cole who wears a Yellow Tuxedo, Vincent Chapman who is better known as the Dancing Umpire, players who perform TikTok dances and much more.

The more they expand, Banana Ball continues to rejuvenate the excitement around baseball. The Bananas have chosen to put the fans first in everything they do. When you visit Banana Land, they have all-you-can-eat concessions and an ad-free ballpark.

Brining the Savannah Bananas to TV with the TNT deal will create even more excitement. It’ll allow people who want to attend a game but can’t afford it to watch it on live television.
